The Water Cooled System, core device in JAKOB STIEFEL GMBH, is strong in these aspects:
1.The grate plate stays at a temperature slightly above the temperature of the cooling circuit (approx. 10-20 degree higher) which is usually between 60 °C. No effect on the temperature in the furnace, no loss of heat and resistant to high temperature.
2.The grate plate is independently controlled so that it can work long and only needs an annual maintenance after the continuous working.
3.Independent primary air and adjustable secondary air system make it accurately control the air flow and temperature to reach lowest oxygen consumption and minimum waste gas production.
4.Stable quantity of steam and high usage of heat makes it suitable for waste with low heat value.

Especially for incineration of waste and refuse, the harmful pollutants such as dioxin, furan etc. can also be eliminated by our system without residues.

Cyklar-stulz Abwassertechnik GmbH
 Cyklar-stulz is Swiss company specialized in environmental technology, which owns patent of biochemistry denitrification technology using deammonification- Demon process.
Demon advantages:
1. The DEMON?-system performs an efficient short-cut of the nitrogen-cycle saving 60% of the energy compared to a conventional system and requiring no carbon dosage.。
2.Take a WWTP in China which serves 2.4 million people and has a treatment capacity of 1 million tons /day as an example, by applying Demon process in the denitrification in the reject water from digestor, we can save 3 million RMB /year.

According to < " twelfth five year plan" main pollution total amount control planning guidelines (draft)> : " twelfth five year plan " sewage treatment industry policy will cover the ammonia nitrogen into binding control index. Specific requirement is reducing ammonia nitrogen emission by 10% in 2015 compared with emission in 2010.
