Rudolf Walder
Rudolf Walder, a Swiss incineration processing expert, is engaged in waste management, public facilities management, environment and water technology of nuclear energy and thermal power station, technology research and advisory on inorganic chemical purifier production. Rudolf Walder is now undertaking the consulting service of the Electron Waste Process project of China for the Swiss Government. Rudolf Walder has been in the field of municipal solid waste management for over 40 years. He has been serving as the chief consultant of United Nations Industrial Development Organization of United Nations Department of Humanitarian Affairs, of Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, of Swiss Federal Materials Testing and Research Laboratory, of Swiss Federal Environmental Protection Department, of Environmental Protection Bureau of Zurich, of German Technology Cooperation Agency (GTZ). Rudolf Walder has provided more than ten countries including China with technology support and advisory on municipal waste and hazardous waste management.

Stephan Textor is a Swiss expert engaged in landfill technology and management. He has been the international expert of United Nations Industrial Development Organization, taking the reponsibility of municipal solid waste management of developing countries. Mr.Textor provides education guidance and landfill technology for MSW board of directors. He is experienced in landfill planning, construction, operation and supervision. |
